Tasting notes for SOBELS Margaret Mandy Muscato. Muscat grapes that was used to make this wine was sourced from vineyards in South Australia . Fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions.. Muscat is typically very aromatic and we have been able to source the grapes when they have been at their best to make this low alcohol sweet wine It has not been bottle fermented but when ready and stabilised the wine was chilled down to 0 degrees C . Prior to bottling the wine was passed through a specially designed sparging unit to infuse Co2 until it reached a saturation level of 3.5 atmospheres. It is a wine that should be consumed chilled and is made to be drunk and enjoyed as soon as you get the cork out of the bottle.
