2014 Shiraz

The wine was made from grapes sourced from vineyards in the Lower Hunter G.I. after a great growing season. Fermentation was controlled in open fermenting tanks and transferred to oak barrels for maturation. The wine has and elegant peppery bouquet rounded middle palate showing soft tannins that has benefited from being aged in oak barrels. Great wine that will age gracefully for many years if kept but drinks well right now and compliments any roast dinners or BBQ’s
